Hey folks! "Hungry for Obama" is a grassroots fundraising effort, in which people host parties, and in turn, each attendee must then throw their own fundraiser. In this way, the flame spreads and we all get FIRED UP!!

Join me next Friday, Sept 21 for some karaoke to raise some moolah for the democratic cause--this election will be uncomfortably close, and we can't let Romney-Ryan get to the White House. Obams needs us!!

Details:

1. Private room reserved at Gagopa Karoke in Koreatown, 28 W 32nd St., #3.

2. Singing is not required, but encouraged! And believe it or not, if you opt not to rock out for Obama, watching friends do it is still highly entertaining.

3. I know the idea of being obligated to throw a fundraiser once you RSVP sounds daunting, but it can be something totally low key if you don't want to cook some elaborate dinner: gather some folks for a happy hour, game night, or a bike ride. The rules are loose!
